I came across this EFT manual when I was reading the book The Promise of Energy Psychology by David Feinstein, Donna Eden, and Gary Craig.
By now you have probably come across major launches for EFT that charge you hundreds or thousands of dollars but you can learn the basic EFT techniques in this free guide.
EFT or tapping in a nutshell is similar to accupuncture but it can be performed in seconds without using needles.
Some of the claimed benefits include:
- Promote Feelings of Well Being
- Release Energy Blocks in the Body
- Overcome Fear and Phobias
- Attract Abundance
Studies have shown EFT to be affective with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome patients as well as with victims of abuse such as incest or rape.

Do you have a recommendation how to study these techniques?
Klausmeir , I am in the process of finding some good resources for people to use regarding EFT. There are numerous Youtube videos and courses regarding EFT. Some of them have taken a simple and easy to understand method and complicated and convoluted it. This is very similar to The Sedona Method. The originator Lester Levinson originally said to just think of your problem and say to yourself “let it go” but this simple message did not sell much so the method was complicated and turned into a an expensive seminar or CD set. Thank you for the article about tapping. I’ve been reading about this lately. Some courses are very expensive. I really don’t mind paying, but it seems like many people are making a simple process more complicated than what it has to be.
Please continue to review these courses. I really like to do my research and get other people’s opinions before purchasing.
I agree Mary many of the tapping courses are very expensive but be sure to follow the link in the post and get the free pdf . I read it and it is pretty good. Also there are many you tube videos that show tapping for different issues and problems.
