“The Sedona Method†is a simple and easy to implement self- help system developed by engineer/physicist Lester Levenson.
In 1947 Levinson suffered a heart attack and he was in such poor health that his doctors sent him home to die.
Rather than die Levinson searched inward and developed the “Release Tecnique” that later evolved into the self help process now known as “The Sedona Methodâ€.
The teachings of The Sedona Method: Your Key to Lasting Happiness, Success, Peace and Emotional Well-Beingwere passed down by Levinson to his student Hale Dwoskin from the years 1976- until 1994 when Levinson passed on.
Similar to Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now, The Sedona Method requires that you focus your emotions on the present moment and make a decision to either hold on to it or “release it”.

After reading The Sedona Method and following the steps in my mind I felt more at peace with myself and I actually found myself laughing and joking around with my kids.
It felt good because I had been in a serious mood for several days.
The Sedona Method author Hale Dwoskin is up front in that he does not ask you to believe in the Sedona method until you have tried it and seen that it does work.
I don’t know if The Sedona Method will give you more peace and joy and everything that you want in life but what if it does?
