By learning to “release” or “let go” of his negative emotions in the present moment Levenson was able to overcome serious health and mental problems to live in peace and happiness.
Lester Levenson passed his knowledge of the release tecnique on to his student Hale Dwoskin who created what is now known as The Sedona Method Course.
I have been practicing the Sedona Method myself and I am very impressed with the results that I have getting.
Since I have learned to mentally let go and release my negative emotions nothing seems to bother me quite like it used to.
I feel more free and less stressed and I feel lighter and happier now that I am more focused on the NOW.
