“The pain body wants to survive, just like every other entity in existence, and it can only survive if it gets you to unconsciously identify with it. It can then rise up, take you over, “become you,” and live through you. It needs to get its “food” through you. It will feed on any experience that resonates with its own kind of energy, anything that creates further pain in whatever form: anger, destructiveness, hatred, grief, emotional drama, violence, and even illness.†~Eckhart Tolle - The Power of Now
The time is soon approaching for the Oprah Winfrey free ten week live webinar with best selling author and spiritual leader Eckhart Tolle. One of the topics to be discussed will be the importance of dealing with what Tolle refers to as the “painbodyâ€
Tolle believes that In order for you to heal and experience a more joyful, peaceful and success filled life you must discover how to deal with the painbody.
Eckhart Tolle attributes the growing violence, negativity and chaos in the world to the proliferation of the painbody.
Tolle states that painbodies create violent and negative movies, television programs and news stories. Other painbodies feed on the violence and negativity thus causing the painbody to grow in power and spread to other painbodies like a virus.
Tolle explains that you can allow your inner painbody to grow by focusing on your past traumatic events or bodily pains and problems.
Tolle asserts that the solution is for you to focus on the here and now. By becoming a watcher or observer of your thoughts you will in effect starve your painbody.
The effect of observing your painbody may be likened to flipping on a light switch to eradicate darkness.

I’m glad to finally see some good coming out of Television. I am a practicing Buddhist and through attending a get together at a neighbor’s apartment yesterday in Los Angeles, CA, I heard news of this buzz about what Oprah is up too. I think this is amazing and wonderful. Keep up the good work Oprah!

What an excellent webinar it will be, and FREE¡¡, this helps many people (including me) when our financial status has gone very very low. I admire Oprah so much, she is beautiful outside as inside, more than professional. All her programs are FANTASTIC¡¡
Have read Eckhart Tolle’s book The Power of Now, it taught me a lot. As have never (in my 48 years) heard about The Law of Attraction, cause and effect, Universal laws, etc., being laid off my job a year today in Feb (almost 9 years working there) and being hurt from people who did me wrong, my self esteem was on the floor. All I understand to this date is how good it was staying home as I have achieved many teachings from excellent authors, something I couldn’t have gained working, God has control of everything. Now I understand what Eckhart Tolle means by
“Tolle believes that In order for you to heal and experience a more joyful, peaceful and success filled life you must discover how to deal with the painbody” and other great issues in his book The Power of Now. My self esteem is recovered 90%, I am feeling GREAT ¡¡¡
Thank You so much, God Bless you all and everyone who is making this webinar possible, the whole team.
I’m guatemalan and live in Guatemala

Linda, I could not agree with you more. I don’t watch much TV because it tends to be negative and really does not add much to my life but I think that the Free Oprah/ Tolle webinar will change some lives for the better. Thanks for your great comments.

The Holy Bible
1 John 2
18 Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour. 19 They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us. 20 But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth. 21 I do not write to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it and because no lie comes from the truth. 22 Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist-he denies the Father and the Son. 23 No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
1 John 4
1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world. 4 You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. 5 They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them. 6 We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.
2 John 1
7 Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist. 8 Watch out that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully. 9 Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take him into your house or welcome him. 11 Anyone who welcomes him shares in his wicked work.

The Holy Bible
2 Timothy 3
Godlessness in the Last Days
1But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last da ys. 2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4 treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God- 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.
6 They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 7 always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth. 8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth-men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. 9 But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.
10 You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, 11 persecutions, sufferings-what kinds of things happened to me in Antioch, Iconium and Lystra, the persecutions I endured. Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them. 12 In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, 13while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 15and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
