I have never shared this embarrassing story online but two years ago I tripped and fell down a flight of stairs.
Has something like this ever happened to you?
There I was lying face down, (feeling embarrassed), on the gym floor at my kids school.
The morning after the fall it felt as though I had a knife protruding from my lower back and my right leg felt tingly and numb.
Fear raced through my mind as I struggled to climb out of bed and limp across the room.
Later on (with the help of an MRI) I learned that the fall had caused one of the discs in my spine to break in two.
For about six months I had extreme sciatic pain and I had to resort to using a cane to walk.
I became too weak to perform strenuous activities like mopping, moving furniture or mowing the grass.
I eventually had surgery to repair my spine and as a result the pain was alleviated however my right leg remained much weaker than my left leg and my spine was very stiff and weak.
What does all this have to do with the TRX Suspension Trainer?
